Our Story
Matt began his property maintenance career 20 years ago, working for established building firms in and around the Bath and Bristol area.
After being made redundant in 2016, Matt began to work for a property maintenance business, where he managed a team carrying out work across the South West of England.

Then, in 2019, Matt moved into subcontracting for a property maintenance firm that dealt with a mixture work for letting agents and private landlords. He quickly realised that the customer service and overall experience of the lettings agents and landlords had plenty of room for improvement.
It was at this point that the concept of Fix It began to evolve.

In 2021, Matt started trading as Fix It, working solely with letting agents.
​
Since then, the business has grown quickly. This has enabled Matt to build a team of directly-employed multi-skilled tradespeople.
The team now proudly maintain over 2,500 let and managed properties across the South West of England, based out of Exeter, Taunton, Yeovil and Bristol.
While Fix It has grown and evolved since it launched, its commitment to working solely with letting agents, landlords and property management firms remains unchanged.
